At Solaro, Master Chef Wolfgang Puck treats diners to an Italian-themed breakfast and lunch café, exclusive to hotel guests The Palazzo Las Vegas. Guests can enjoy the cool and casual atmosphere of the poolside oasis while indulging in Puck's innovative creations and refreshing, custom-crafted cocktails.

Solaro offers a delectable selection of breakfast options including such favorites as fresh fruit smoothies; Breakfast Burrito filled with jack and cheddar cheese, chorizo sausage and potatoes; French-style omelet with wild mushrooms, asparagus and gruyere cheese; and Pecan Waffle with ginger-vanilla syrup and caramel-whipped crème fraiche.

For lunch, guests enjoy a vast selection of light, refreshing salads, sandwiches and paninis plus Puck's famed signature wood-oven baked pizzas.

Solaro's convenient take-out window allows diners to take Puck's culinary creations back to their suites.

Solaro also offers an array of fresh house-made juices made with exotic and healthful ingredients. Guests may create their own fresh combination choosing from fruits, vegetables, herbs and flavor enhancements.
