Double Helix Bar + Double Helix Boutique is now open at The Shoppes at The Palazzo – the 450,000-square-foot luxury destination retail center at The Palazzo-Resort-Hotel-Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip. The Palazzo location is the first venture for Double Helix.

The nearly 2,100-square-foot space is located within the heart of the center and includes a circular bar featuring more than 50 wines by the glass, available in either 2 oz. taste portions or 5 oz. glass servings. An adjacent boutique offers nearly 300 bottles of rare and hard-to-find vintages from all over the world. Featured wines at the bar include: Ken Wright Pinot Noir (Oregon), Duckhorn Merlot, Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 1999, Sonoma-Cutrer Les Pierres Chardonnay, Gaja Ca'Marcanda Promis (Italy), Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand), and Joseph Drouhin Chablis Premier Cru (France) to name just a few.

An accompanying VIP room offers a collection of premium wines maintained at an ideal temperature for superior enjoyment. These include classic vintage Bordeaux such as Chateau Lafite Rothschild, as well as reserve wines, including Screaming Eagle and Harlan Estate.

To compliment its extensive wine selections, Double Helix is proud to present select menu offerings from celebrity chef, Emeril Lagasse, and his acclaimed team at nearby Table 10 at The Shoppes at The Palazzo. Menu items include: Artisan Cheese Board, Double Helix Pate, Fresh Herb Marinated Olives and Hudson Valley Duck Rilletes. All items and are available daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
